Little People...

I love little people
I love their sense of entitlement
 (when did we lose ours?)
I love their squeals, their toes, their questions
and even their tantrums - I mean don't we all
want to kick and scream sometimes?

Luckily with our little people there's a lot more
joy than there is tantrum and I've had the pleasure of
upping my "joy" dosages by spending some time
with little folk on both sides of the family.
It's looked a bit like this...

Chilling...

... climbing...

... learning to ride with out training wheels ...

... melting...

... play-doughing....

.... idolising....

... giggling....

... eating sand ...

... sliding...

... uh ... maiming!....

... exacting revenge....

... cooking ...

... drawing ....

... laughing ...

... and just plain hanging out ...

I've had fun.
How's your week been?
Do you have little people that keep you smiling?
Mine is not so little any more but the
smiles are still a plenty!

PS - Off to the beach house this weekend.
Weather forecast says clear and sunny.
That means fun + food + beach.
Catch ya on the flip side!

Hello:
A really lovely sequence of images all of which convey a feeling of contentment and great happiness.

Sadly, we have very little contact with any really small children but we are most fortunate to count many young people amongst our friends, whose enthusiasm for life we greatly value.

A weekend to be spent at the beach house sounds great fun.

What fantastic photos of fun and frolics!
It makes me want to kick back, tossle, giggle and be a kid again...I'd forgotten just how much fun can be had in a day!
I can see your son's their hero ;D
No kiddiewinks here but my daughter is coming in about a week for a holiday...so all my chicks will be back in the nest...and I'm so h'eggscited I could pop!!!

I guess you're already off to the beach house...and I'm NOT in the least bit jealous ~ do you believe me? (turning green here)
We've had 120 km/hr winds blowing here for the last two days.
So have a brilliant beach break...and I do mean that :D
Let's see what you get up to though...we'll be waiting! x
