Anthropologie....

I had a little browse around the Anthropologie site.
There's always something that catches my eye and today was no different....

.... these Curtains ....

.... these Drawers ...

.... this Lamp ....

... these Stamps ...

... this Chair ...

... these Spice Jars ....

... these Plates ....

... these Bowls ...

... these Nails ...
(by fellow Aussie Sibella Court!!)

... and this Drawer Handle

Sigh....

I was so happy to read (in Sibella's new book Nomad) that she has in fact designed
a range of hardware items exclusively for the store.
Also if you have not peeked at her new book please do.
It's the ultimate eye candy for those who love interiors and styling
and colour and travels and authentic and rustic and unique and daring and sublime....

(just read it)

On a more personal note .....

My Young Prince began his journey into the realm of
Secondary School this week....

Best of luck my young man.
I will wait patiently in the sidelines as you shine in this starring role.
Your love for life inspires me so and your capacity to learn fills me with joy (and envy!)
Remember to chill out - we all make too much of this thing called life (including me)
Deep breaths, tons of laughter, boat loads of fun and a stack of music  - that's the real
success to education.... I promise.

Hello:
Although we have seen many mentions of 'Anthropologie' we have not yet ventured there ourselves yet. Clearly from the delicious items you show here we have missed a treat and so need to rectify this without delay.

How exciting it is that your son is starting at 'big' school and how wonderful that he has a zest for learning. May that stay with him throughout his life!

I've not seen 'Anthropologie' either but will rectify that shortly...thanks ;)
I love the photo of your son jumping into life! He's a lucky chappie having a mother with a philosophy like yours. I wish him the best :D

I love your advice to your son. I am taking it to heart. What a great mom he has!
