Start spreading the news… cheesy but it had to be done.

Now this may be run of mill, ho-hum, yawn material for
some of you jet setters out there but, for me, it's pretty spectacular stuff…

We leave for the United States tomorrow night!

It's my first time (my son's too - Hubby lived there for a year before we met)
To say that I'm excited is laughable because excited looks like comatosed
compared to my levels of freaking out right now.

I'm supposed to be packing.
I'm supposed to be cleaning for the house-sitter.
(thanks Sis!)
I'm supposed to be organising that last load of ironing.
I'm supposed to be doing anything but blogging …

…thing is I can't quite get my head around it.
Honestly.
It's as though it's happening to someone else in a movie.

I keep thinking about HERE and HERE
and
THIS and THIS

and when I think of THIS
well then I just freak out all over again…

Peoples please wish my Hubby and Son good luck…
they're going to need it!

Hello Angy,

Enjoy, enjoy as we are sure that you will.

This will be a huge adventure and one that will stay in your memory, perhaps for all time. Whatever, it is so good to be excited about it all. In these days when everything is treated casually and people generally never seem to raise their pulse rate over anything, it is so heartwarming to feel your passion across the ether. Have a truly wonderful time!

have a glorious time - I have never been to America too, so can fully understand your sense of excitement at seeing all of those landmarks that are somehow so familiar! Have a fabulous trip.

Argh...I'm h'eggscited too now and I'm not going! ;D
I think it's wonderful that the anticipation has reached this level of fever pitch. You're in for a life time of memories so it's understandable.
You won't forget to come and tell us all about it will you?
Whoohoo...off you go...have fun!
xoxo

Oh, I hope you have the most amazing time. I am disturbed that you are a car drive away (a long car drive) and I can't meet up with you to say "Hi". Have the best time ever. I can't wait to hear about it.
